We hold and administer USPS transportation route contracts and coordinate rural delivery through qualified independent owner-operators, managing compliance, communication, and payment for each route.
Are contractors employees of SteadFast?
No. Route work is performed by independent contractors under individual written agreements. Requirements, availability, and compensation are set out in each agreement.
Where do you operate?
We currently operate sixteen routes in Hawaii, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. See Routes & coverage for route identifiers and post office locations.
How quickly will I receive a response?
We review inquiries every business day and respond to contractor inquiries within 48 hours. For time-sensitive matters, call or text (813) 686-4559, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time.
